1. Introduction
We at LIVELLAGLOW are committed to delivering your purchases reliably and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates.
We have prepared this policy to clearly outline our shipping practices, so that you know what to expect when ordering from our store.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (UAE local time) after payment verification. Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays, or outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time (for example 4:00 pm UAE time) may be treated as received the next business day.

3. Domestic Shipping (within UAE)

  • Standard shipping: Delivery within 1-2business days after dispatch to most emirates.

  • Express shipping: Delivery withinĀ Ā business days (subject to availability and courier service in your area).

  • Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over AED [____60_] to addresses within the UAE.

  • Shipping charges: Orders under the free-shipping threshold will incur a shipping fee of AED [_____].

4. International / GCC Shipping (if applicable)
If we ship to countries outside the UAE (for example other GCC states), please allow 4-10 business days or longer depending on destination, customs, and courier.
Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.

5. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to all emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

6. Carriers & Tracking
We use reputable courier services (for example: Aramex, DHL, FedEx) for dispatch and delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

7. Failed Delivery / Address Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. If the courier is unable to deliver because of an incorrect address and items are returned to us, any subsequent re-shipment may incur an additional shipping fee.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a redelivery, or you may be required to collect from the local depot.

In the event an item arrives damaged or you believe items are missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you and the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
